TradeHelm is software. It sends orders to exchange accounts that you own and connect, using API keys you supply. It does not hold your funds, does not custody assets, and is not a broker, dealer, exchange or adviser.
Strategies, backtests and paper results are tools, not recommendations. Past or simulated performance does not predict future results. Paper fills are simulated and may differ from real fills.
Crypto-assets are volatile and you can lose all the money you trade. Automated strategies can lose money quickly, including through software faults, exchange outages, API errors, network failures and market gaps. Risk limits reduce but do not eliminate losses.
You are responsible for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction and the terms of each exchange you connect. Some exchanges do not serve some regions. Create API keys with trading permission only — never enable withdrawals.
Plans renew monthly until canceled. Canceling keeps access until the end of the paid period. No refunds for partial months unless required by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for trading losses or for losses caused by third-party exchanges or networks.
